It is the second last day of February...and it is rainingrainingraining without end. Not much to do around here other than track lots of mud into the house, bite the towels I'm dried with, and bum around in the house whilst dreaming of the coming spring and all the wonderful things I'll do then. Oh, there is the occasional cat patrol, which I am very pleased to be able to partake in again. Bromley is doing a nice job, though, I have to admit. Of course he's doing a good job, trained by yours truly!

Anywho, a couple days ago Mom and I were bumming on the sofa. She got up and left for five minutes. I saw that pillow she had been hogging and thought it looked lonely and unused.

When the weather is better I hope to have a few more exciting updates to post!

It's not often that I complain, especially in a moping style (unless, of course, I'm not getting what I want)...but today I am moping. First of all, it's raining and Mom says it probably will rain all week. BIG MOPES. I want Sun and Spring. Secondly, I have an upset tummy and it isn't getting better. Bromley was only sick for half a day before he was bouncing around in his usual, ridiculous fashion once more. I've not been cat patrolling that much lately and usually stay on my bed. Dad is going to take me to the vet this afternoon and Mom says they'll fix me all up. I sure hope so, because I really can't trust Bromley to do a proper cat patrol all on his own.

Mope.

Sleep.

I have truly missed our weekend excursions in the woods, though the park is always full of good sniffs. Mom and Dad had been moaning and gagging on the couch all week, so it was pretty boring around here until Friday (when the moaning and gagging seemed to suddenly cease). Yesterday we visited one of my favorite woods. Bromley and I were naughty in our pure glee, I won't say which one of us was worse... Let's just say that I did the cute thing and snored in the car all the way home.
