Testing, testing...

Life in July:



Picnic tables on for standing on and looking impressive.



Sigh. They're at it again. Before I was always worried that the house would fall down, or we'd move again, or I'd loose all my comfy sleeping places. Now, after 3 months of renovations, Mom got me accumstomed to the idea. She even said I'm getting a fancy cool tile floor here in my hallway! That cheered me up.



Last week we went for lots of swims and some boat riding. It was soooo hot. Nevertheless, I had enough energy to run across the dock to bug the neighbor guy. Sometimes he woofs at me, but he also gives me treats.



Back on the boat! It's been almost 2 years since my last ride. I got too big to fit on the seats...it was so sad. Now I've got a seat large enough for me and three more berner buddies. Anybody wanna come?!



Dad was on vacation for 3 weeks. We had a blast.

My great house adventure:



I'm upstairs, I'm upstairs! Do you know how scary our staircase is? I've only ventured up it twice in a year. Lately there's been so much noise and mysterious commotion going on up there, I just couldn't help my curiosity anymore.



Wow, Mom, you made a barn up here!

Squeak! Scary! It's so narrow, so steep. Mom walked down with me, and this time I figured out where to put my paws. We were so proud of the successful descent, I did dances and got treats. Nowadays I go upstairs almost every day, especially on the weekend mornings to drag Dad out of bed.
